In or Out??

Pete Rose is banned from the game of baseball, and may never get reinstated to the game, but his name and records are displayed at the Sarasota complex where the Cincinnati Reds train.  A sign hangs above the batting cages to celebrate one of the greatest players that ever played the game.
The discussion could go on forever and ever on whether Pete Rose belongs in the baseball Hall of Fame.  I will start the discussion off by saying, yes, I feel Pete Rose should be allowed to be voted into the National Baseball Hall of Fame for his accomplishments on the field, BUT, I feel he should still be forced to remain banished from the professional game today.
