Sorry, but going to keep this short since I have to pack for a seven day road trip for the Dragons and have an hour drive home to Cincinnati.  Dayton is off tomorrow before leaving for Peoria Monday morning.
Dayton dropped the rubber game of the series 2-0 to Great Lakes on Saturday night.  Curtis Partch started for the Dragons and pitched well, but Dayton could only manage three hits against three Great Lakes Loons pitchers.
Highly talked about prospect Ethan Martin allowed only two hits and two walks in five innings of work.  Martin earned his first professional victory in his first professional start while also striking out four.  Martin’s pitches clocked between 91-95 mph but seemed to fade as the innings went on.  Dragons hitters said Martin’s fastball seemed straight, but had some “pick up” late.

Thanks for the update. I guess you are a scout too. Oh yea, one with a self proclaimed “good camera face” You are amazing. Are you going on the road with the team?
