Just finished a three game series in Peoria, Illinois against the Peoria Chiefs, minor league affiliate for the Chicago Cubs. The Chiefs play all their home games at O’Brien Field, and I wanted to share some pictures of the place with you.

– The past few seasons, the Chiefs were managed by Chicago Cub Hall of Famer Ryne Sandberg. Sandberg has moved on to coach the Double A team, but his suite still exists at the stadium.

- A large number of former Peoria Chiefs players have played in the Big Leagues. The Chiefs honor their history with pictures of the players around the concourse near the concession stands.

What a great day to play ball! Go Dragons!
wHAT did you eat there at the park? I heard that you loved food and maybe you can rank the best food at all the yards you visit.
I do like my food, but did not buy anything at the stadium in Peoria. The weather was cold and nothing really stood out to me as looking great.
