I do not want to spend to much time tearing up the city of Beloit, Wisconsin and Pohlman Field where the Snappers play.  The Single-A affiliate of the Minnesota Twins plays at a stadium that reminds many players of their high school field.  But most players agree that they got more fans in high school.

Discussing in the dugout each night, we try to figure out if the poor conditions are a positive thing for the Snappers since teams are so mad that they have to come in and play a series there.

Please click HERE to see my post from last season. I have also added some newer pictures below.  One more game today then off to Appleton, Wisconsin to play the Wisconsin Timber Rattlers.

Clubhouse, cement floors

Snappers have had good success lately

Clubhouse on right...have to walk through concourse of fans to get to dugout

Front row seats aren't bad

The Field

How does Ricky Bowen prepare for his start? Angry Birds!

Press Box looks like it is going to fall off back of stadium

Former Snappers to make the bigs; Prince Fielder is one

Pohlman Field

RF line

Main Concourse behind the plate

No bathroom in dugout means we have to share with the fans

Dugout, steep stairs, feels like a bunker down there

Scoreboard

Lots of foul ground...Bullpen seems like it is in middle of nowhere

Party deck in right

Outdoor Batting Cage

Players leaning on the rail

HUGE crowd to start the game

Check out the fans in the stands

Mark Fleury

Can anyone explain to me what Alex Oliveras is doing?
