On the right side of the page you will see a category called “blogroll.”    This is a section where I have added a few of my favorite sites that I frequently visit and think that you might enjoy also.  Just click on the link it should direct you directly to the page.  Below I will give a brief description of what each page is all about and why I feel it is a good one for you to visit.

C. Trent Rosecrans
thelotd.com/ctrent
Trent moved to Cincinnati to cover the University of Cincinnati Bearcats for the Cincinnati Post.  That is where I meet Trent and got to know him a bit as he traveled all season long with the team.  He then moved on to become the beat writer for the Cincinnati Reds.  When the Post folded, Trent advanced to have his own blog and cover a number of sports for 1530 Homer and 700 WLW.  One of my favorites from Trent is his “Thinking Out Loud” section that features nuggets from all sorts of topics.

Dayton Dragons
daytondragons.com
This site is home to my current employer, the Dayton Dragons.  Daily stats and game logs are updated in real time and there is also a link to the audio to listen to each game.

MLB Fantasy 411
fantasy411.mlblogs.com
The Fantasy 411 is a product of MLB.com and is run by Mike Siano and Cory Schwartz.  They offer numerous tidbits of fantasy advice in all sorts of league formats.  I had the privilege of meeting both Mike and Cory at the MLB Winter Meetings in Vegas and appreciate them letting me stand in and watch a live broadcast of their show.  The Fantasy 411 updates me on all my needed fantasy baseball knowledge as I attempt to win my league each year and strive for the “Yoo-Hoo Shower.”  Along with help from others, Mike and Cory constantly update their blog with new information. You can also subscribe to their podcast on Itunes or from the MLB.com page.

Mo Egger

I meet Mo many years back as he was the Radio Engineer for every Bearcat Basketball game and had the chance to travel with us on many occasions.  Mo now has his own radio show on 1530Homer AM in Cincinnati from 9-noon and also still does some work the Cincinnati Bearcat Basketball team.

Reds Minor Leagues
redsminorleagues.com
This website is a great resource for all fans of the Cincinnati Reds and its minor league system. They do a terrific job of updating all prospects and all levels of Reds baseball.  The site gathers highlights from each teams game in the organization for quick and easy access to the progress of the players.  There are also many player features that are very informative.

Stewart Mandel
http://sportsillustrated.cnn.com/writers/stewart_mandel/archive/
As mentioned in my opening post, Stewart was my sports editor for my high school newspaper.  Since graduating, Stewart has gone on to many great things and is a nationally known NCAA College Football analyst.  This link goes to the archives of many of Stewart’s articles.

Wolfepack Creative
wolfepackcreative.com
Wolfepack Creative is the online home of Interactive Designer, art director, illustrator, animator, photographer and most importantly friend, Mark Wolfe. He specializes in Web standards design, code and development.  I cannot thank him enough and pray that I do not annoy Mark as he helps get this site up and running.
